El Servicio Nacional de Capacitación y Empleo (SENCE), es el Servicio Público, dependiente del Ministerio del Trabajo y Previsión Social, encargado de potenciar la empleabilidad y promover la capacitación laboral por medio de diversos programas, instituciones e instrumentos.
En virtud de lo anterior, este Servicio supervigila el Registro oficial de Organismos Técnicos de Capacitación, garantizando su calidad y confianza, registro al cual, con fecha 5 de Junio del presente año, es aprobado el ingreso de “Sustantiva”, institución nacida a inicios de este año, la cual nace desde las aspiraciones de un grupo de jóvenes profesionales con foco en el desarrollo de personas y sus oportunidades sociales.
En cuanto a las proyecciones futuras, se busca que Sustantiva se consolide como una institución de excelencia con altos estándares educativos, los cuales se desarrollarán mediante a un equipo que pone en juego principios como autonomía, eficiencia, productividad y sentido de pertenencia, las cuales tienen como meta avanzar a un norte en conjunto como equipo, y lograr de esta manera un grupo en función de la entrega de aprendizajes y oportunidades socio laborales con altos estándares de calidad para un desarrollo integral de quienes se forman en sus programas.
